City websites that people can use.
We build and run websites for towns, counties and local districts. Pages use plain words and work on any phone. They are built to meet the federal access rule. And your staff don't have to run the website. They tell us what to change, and we do it.
See your new site before you sign anything
No big kickoff meetings. No year-long project. We start with the site you have now.
We look at your site
We go through every page. We find what is old, broken or hard to read. You get a short list of what we found.
We build a working copy
You get a private link. Your staff and council can click through it on a phone. It is not public, and Google does not see it.
You approve it. We switch it on.
We move the new site to your own web address. Old links still take people to the right page. Then we keep it up to date for you.
Built for the people you serve
People visit your site to get something done. Pay a bill. Find a meeting. Report a problem. We make that fast.
Plain words
Easy to read
Pages are written at a 3rd to 4th grade level. Short lines. Common words. Same facts. People find what they need, and fewer of them have to call city hall.
Open to all
Built for the access rule
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA. That is the standard in the federal ADA rule for city and county sites. We check pages before they go live.
Done for you
Your staff ask. We do it.
Staff email or text us a change. We make it. A person you pick says yes. Then it goes live. No one has to learn a new system.
The access rule has a deadline
A federal rule says city, county and district websites must meet WCAG 2.1 AA. That means people who use screen readers, a keyboard or big text can use your site too.
For places with 50,000 people or more.
For places under 50,000 people, and for special districts like water and fire.
These dates are from the U.S. Department of Justice rule as of October 2026. Dates can change, so check with your city attorney.
Your staff get their time back
Right now, many people at city hall spend part of their week on the website. They fix layouts and learn tools. They chase broken pages. We take that off their plate.
- Every change is approved by a person you pick.
- We keep a record of every change. Who asked, who said yes, and when.
- Urgent notices go to the front of the line.
- Your staff still decide what the site says. We do the work.
Council moved Tuesday's meeting to 6 pm. Can you post it?
Yes. Here is the page with the new time. Can you approve it?
Approved.
It is live. We saved who approved it and when.

Questions cities ask
Do we keep our web address?
Yes. Your .gov or other web address stays yours. We never own it.
Who owns the pages and files?
You do. If you ever leave, we hand over every page and file.
How fast are changes made?
Most changes are done within 2 business days. Urgent notices, like a boil water notice or a road closure, go first.
Can we see what changed and who approved it?
Yes. We keep a full history of every page. You can ask for it at any time, like for a records request.
Do we have to change our bill pay or permit system?
No. Those stay the same. We make the links easy to find.
Can you help us meet the access rule?
Yes. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA and check pages before they go live. We can also review your PDFs and forms.
We are a small town. Is this for us?
Yes. Small towns and districts are a great fit. You get a modern site without hiring a web person.
