Who we are

This policy is from Spondulix LLC, doing business as Already Built ("Already Built," "we," "us"), based in Kerrville, Texas.

This policy covers alreadybuilt.dev, the preview sites we build at alreadybuilt.dev, the websites we host for our customers, our calls, texts and emails, and the AI receptionist we run for customers who add it.

What we collect

• Contact info: your name, business name, phone number, email and city when you fill out a form or talk with us.
• Business info: details about your business that are already public, like your website, Google Business Profile, Facebook page and directory listings. We use these to build your preview site.
• Account info: your domain, website content, photos, hours, services and the changes you ask us to make.
• Messages: texts, emails and calls with us.
• Preview visits: when a preview link we sent is opened, we record that it was opened, when, and the page that linked to it, so we know whether you've seen it. We don't use cookies to track you.
• Payment info: when you pay online, your card or bank details go straight to our payment company. We don't keep your full card number.
• Calls answered by the AI receptionist: if you add the AI receptionist, it records and transcribes the calls it answers for you and collects the caller's name, number, address and what they need, so it can send you a summary.

How we use it

• To build your preview site and send you a private link to it
• To set up, host and update your website and Google Business Profile
• To answer your calls with the AI receptionist and send you call summaries, if you add it
• To connect your website to the tools you choose, like your CRM, only when you ask us to
• To send invoices and receipts, and to take payment
• To answer your questions and help you
• To make our service and website better

Our text messages

If you say yes to texts, we'll text you about your account. That means links to your preview site, previews of changes for you to approve, confirmations when changes go live, billing notices and answers to your questions. If you add the AI receptionist, we'll also text you a summary of each call it answers. How many texts you get depends on your account and how many calls come in. Message and data rates may apply.

Your customers' information

When your website's forms, your AI receptionist or your connected CRM collect information from your customers, we handle it for you and only to provide our service to you. We don't sell it, market to your customers, or use it for anything else.

How we keep it safe

We keep your info in secure, trusted business systems. Only people who need it to do the work can see it, and they need a password to get in. Our websites and forms use encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is 100% safe, but we work hard to protect your info.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your info. We only share it with companies that help us run our business, and only so they can do that job. These include:

• Our website hosting and security company
• Our email companies
• Our payment and bookkeeping companies
• Our phone, text and AI voice companies, for the AI receptionist
• The CRM or other tools you ask us to connect your website to

We may also share info when the law says we must, or to protect our customers, our team or the public.

No mobile info will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message sign up info and your consent to get texts won't be shared with any third parties. This does not apply to the companies above that help us send texts to you.

How long we keep it

We keep your account info as long as you're a customer, and longer when the law says we must. If we built you a preview and you don't sign up, we keep it so it's there if you change your mind. Ask us and we'll take it down.

Your choices

• See or fix your info: email us.
• Remove your info or your preview: ask us to delete it and we will, except for records the law says we must keep.
• Stop texts: text STOP at any time.
• Stop emails: reply and ask us, or click "unsubscribe" in any email that has it.

Kids

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect info from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
