Who we are

These terms are from Spondulix LLC, doing business as Already Built ("Already Built," "we," "us"), based in Kerrville, Texas. When you use alreadybuilt.dev, look at a preview we built, sign up for a plan, or text with us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Our text message program

Program name: Already Built Customer Texts.

What we text about: We send texts about your account with us. That includes:

• Links to your preview site
• Previews of changes for you to approve, and confirmations when they go live
• Call summaries from your AI receptionist, if you add it
• Invoices, receipts and billing notices
• Answers when you text us with a question

We don't send texts that aren't about your account unless you tell us it's OK.

How you sign up: You agree to get texts when you give us your cell number and say yes to texts. You can do this on our sign-up form, when you claim a preview, by email, or by texting us first. Saying yes to texts is not needed to buy anything from us.

How often: How many texts you get depends on your account. You may get more if you text with us back and forth, or if your AI receptionist answers a lot of calls.

Message and data rates may apply. Your phone company may charge you for texts you send and get. Check your phone plan.

Getting help: Text HELP to get help. You can also email [email protected].

How to stop texts: Text STOP to stop getting texts from us at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. We'll send one last text to say you're unsubscribed, and then we won't text you again. To start again, text START.

Phone companies: Phone companies aren't responsible if a text is late or doesn't arrive.

Preview sites

We may build a preview of a new website for your business from information that's already public, like your current site and Google Business Profile, and send you a private link. Previews aren't listed in search engines. Looking at a preview doesn't cost anything or sign you up for anything. If you'd like yours taken down, ask us and we'll remove it.

Plans and prices

Our plan is $49 a month, or $39.99 a month billed as $479.88 a year. It includes your website, hosting, managing your domain, unlimited changes, setting up and keeping your Google Business Profile current, and connecting your site to your CRM. The AI receptionist is an optional add-on at $24 a month with up to 100 minutes of calls; if you need more, we'll talk with you before you're charged anything extra. Prices don't include tax and can change; we'll tell you before a price change affects you.

Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. A yearly plan won't renew at the end of the year. We don't give partial refunds for time already paid.

If something you ask for needs an outside paid service, like online payments or a paid booking tool, we'll tell you the cost first.

Your part

• You must have the right to use the business name, text, photos and logos you give us or ask us to use.
• Tell us when your hours, prices, services or contact info change, so we can keep your site and Google profile right.
• You're responsible for the claims your business makes on your site, like prices, licenses and warranties.
• You stay the owner of your Google Business Profile and your domain. You may need to approve access so we can manage them for you.

The AI receptionist

If you add the AI receptionist, it answers the calls you send to it, tells callers it's an automated assistant, and may record and transcribe calls so it can send you a summary. It takes messages; it doesn't quote prices, promise times or make decisions for your business. It can mishear or miss things, so it isn't a replacement for emergency services, and we aren't responsible for jobs or calls it misses. Tell us what it should and shouldn't say, and we'll set it up that way.

Your content and your domain

Your business name, text, photos and logo stay yours. Your domain stays registered in your name. If you cancel, we'll help you point your domain somewhere else and give you your content.

Our website

We work to keep our website right and up to date, but it may have mistakes. The design and words on alreadybuilt.dev belong to Already Built. Please don't copy them without asking. Our site may link to other sites, like our payment page. Those sites have their own terms.

Limits on what we owe

We work hard to keep your site online, but we can't promise it will never be down. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, like lost jobs or lost profits. If we're found responsible for a problem, the most we owe is what you paid us in the three months before it happened. Nothing here limits rights that Texas law says can't be limited.

Texas law

Texas law applies to these terms. If we have a problem, please contact us first. We want to make it right. If we can't fix it together, it will be handled in the courts of Kerr County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using our site or services after that, it means you agree to the new terms.
