We look at your whole system and send you a list with photos. We tell you when it needs a pump. If it's fine, we say so. Book a pump or plan within 30 days and the $89 comes off your bill.

It's simple. Here's the whole thing.

Tell us about your tank
Tell us the tank size if you know it and when it was last pumped. Not sure of the size? We start with the 1,000 gallon price and check it when we get there.
- Step two
We pump it out
We take out the waste, look for damage and clean the filter if you have one. Then we haul the waste to a safe, approved site.
- Step three
You get a record
It shows the date, how much we pumped and anything to watch. Keep it. A buyer or inspector will ask for it someday.
