Questions owners ask

Do I own my domain?

Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name. We manage the settings for you, and if you ever leave, we'll hand over everything you need to move it.

What counts as a change?

Anything about your content: text, hours, phone numbers, services, prices, service areas, photos, and new pages that use your site's existing layout. A full redesign or new features like online payments are quoted separately.

Do you help with my Google listing?

Yes, and it's included. Your Google Business Profile is the box that shows up on Google Search and Google Maps with your phone number, hours, photos and reviews. For a lot of home service businesses it brings in more calls than the website does, because it's the first thing people see when they search "plumber near me" or "AC repair Kerrville."

Here's why getting it squared away matters:

  • Google is where customers start. 52% of people started their most recent search for a local business on Google, more than any other site or app.
  • They check your reviews before they call. 97% of people read reviews for local businesses, and 71% read them on Google.
  • A complete profile wins the job. According to Google, people are 2.7 times more likely to see a business as reputable when its profile is complete, 70% more likely to visit it, and 50% more likely to consider buying from it.
  • Bad or missing info costs you calls. An old phone number, wrong hours or no profile at all sends the customer to the next company in the list.

We set up your profile if you don't have one, or clean up the one you have: correct phone and hours, your services and service area, real job photos, and a link to your new site. When anything changes, we update your site and your Google profile together. Google asks the owner to verify the profile, so you stay the owner and we're added as a manager.

Is there a yearly option?

Yes. Pay yearly and it works out to $39.99 a month, billed as $479.88 once a year instead of $588 (12 months at $49). That saves you $108 a year. Everything in the plan is the same, and it renews once a year. You can cancel anytime; a yearly plan simply won't renew at the end of the year.

What if I don't like the site you built?

Then you don't sign up and you don't owe anything. Your current website stays exactly as it is. If it's close but not quite right, tell us what to fix.

I don't have a website at all. Can you still help?

Yes. We'll build from your Google Business Profile, Facebook page, or a few details you send us in the form below.

What happens to my old website?

Once you sign up, we point your domain to the new site. If your old site is with another company, you can cancel it after the switch, and we'll help you sort out what you need from them.
